About Me
With a background in sales within the sport and fitness industry Lee’s property career began in 2009 with the development and refurbishment of some residential projects and progressed onto sourcing and refurbishment of his own properties to be converted into young professional house shares. This proved so successful he now provides this service to other landlords throughout South West London and Surrey.
Lee is known for his strategic thinking and commitment to getting the very best deal for everyone involved regardless of landlord, tenant or tradesman. Lee immerses himself in the technical detail, developing an encyclopedic knowledge of property-related legislation and the associated technology and processes necessary to manage house shares successfully.
While craft beers and the odd gin & tonic feature high on his list of interests, Lee loves nothing more than spending time with his family and beloved labradors.
