Urbanshare works almost solely with HMOs and understands the unique challenges which come with managing several households sharing facilities. We work hard to find the right tenants to create a thriving community in each property while also having the knowledge and people management skills to support and make changes when required.
Lee and Jacqueline have sourced many HMOs from initial purchase, through major renovations and onto tenanted houses. These insights allow us to understand the fabric of buildings and support our landlords in good decisions with maintenance and durable repairs. Management must adapt during the lifecycle of properties and we are well versed to understand how to maximise both older and newer HMO stock.
We encompass all aspects of management, shielding our landlords from the churn of work that correct and compliant management entails.
